how to keep the dialectic alive ?

to move back and forth, across the river
to be both at-home, and not-at-home
on both sides, of the river
so, keep both sides of the either/or, well alive
because annihilation of either side, of the either/or
annihilates the prerequisite of the dialectic
then we are doomed, to be trapped
on one, and only one, side only, of the either/or
because, dialectic means, exactly, on the road
eternally, on the move, without home-coming, ever
