10/28 5:11 AM, prior to dawn, low back pain for a few days, may go back to sleep, a while later, for a while, found Affetto cafe, yesterday afternoon, by the creek, with birds around, simple wood table, by the creek, under the sun, not bad, at all;  8:20 AM, H2, one alcoholic, fever from Saturday, refused Rx; antibiotics and tamiflu not started yet; 4:00 PM, H2 two patients fought, with iron chair, one tried to strangle the other; 8:00 PM, evening clinic, one elderly organic mental disorder, adm; 10:00 PM, one ER, bipolar, manic recurrence, traffic accident, adm; 10/29 2:00 AM, three phone calls, H2, substance-related psychosis, poor sleep, persists, despite haldol / anxicam im, 3 times / one time; 3:00 AM, cannot fall asleep myself, get up, to write down something, about emptiness; 3 consults CM;
