起因是今天下午竹北息壤人文講座(1-6)楊蓓老師講禪修提到流動的韻律(flowing rhythm)這是相對於遲滯的韻律(reduced rhythm)而言的關鍵詞是流動(flow)有同學問怎麼說明流動帶來整合我插嘴說流動帶來的是存在意思是說不只是整合當時我就在找 Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi 的幾本書跟上述明顯有關雖然Mihaly 與禪修似乎無涉(這點我不確定)
