Well, Reacher and Abby, were driving to the Shevicks' home, brought some food to them, in the trunk of the car was the dead Albanian. 

Maria Shevicks' asked them to stay for breakfast. Reacher wanted to say no, but didn't. ... Much later he wondered exactly how much different the day would have turned out, if he hadn't. 

Then they were ambushed by two Albanians on the street. ... And Jetmir just killed Dino. ... And well, the eight Albanians shot each other almost simultaneously. ... Comically, in other words.

I told you, this one is comical, which is rare for Lee Child. 

And, of course, there were no Albanians left, all killed by themselves, or Reacher.
