After his liberation it took him nearly ten months to reach home, where few even recognized him.

那個孔子講的是人倫的世界的可貴
人倫就是人和人之間不用擔心彼此被出賣背叛
就是人和人之間有一個基本的信任和善意
就是人倫之美
這就是中共邪惡政權破壞毀滅的東西
換句話說牠破壞毀滅的就是人性
昨晚看到全軍討論金燦榮三月香港演講
其中提到金燦榮說中國的優勢是穩定
但穩定的原因是維穩預算高於軍費
維穩是針對自己的人民惡搞自己的人民
把自己的人民當畜牲一般監控管理和噤聲糟蹋
這就是有名的為人民服務
其機制除了最後的武警鎮壓無「法」冤獄被精神病央視認罪
以至那有名的解放軍狼性屠殺人民
其貫穿一切的內在機制就是上述無所不在的細作告密
這個機制造成人和人之間彼此懷疑無法信任
目的是讓人和人之間無法交心集結
讓個體的人變成原子化的人
無法形成分子
而這個原子化的個體的人
只能歸屬於我們
那個集中力量辦大事的我們
在那個我們裡面
我已經消失
已經無法存在
已經無法做人
上述是「大躍進」(集中力量辦大事 我們優先於我 我不存在)
和「文革」(製造恐懼 製造互害 破壞人倫 毀滅人性)
這兩個中共主要統治策略的運用
第三個策略就是「打土豪分田地」(池子理論 劫富於民 收割韭菜)
這裡所指土豪當然不包括趙家人
注意這三個策略的運用
中國觀察就可見其一斑

In my controversial argument, the elliptical trajectory of my trans-historical approach gathers together multiple strands of ideas, each of which can be linked directly or indirectly to those of Gross. Inspired by Benjamin’s concept of collapsing time, and his ‘gift of fanning the spark of hope in the past’ (1973: 257), I move forward, beyond the postmodern, in an intersubjective, poetic and trans-temporal take on history, where the personal/intimate and the collective/political form a dialectic whole within a sacred space – called temenos by Jung – in order to heal the wounded past, in the present, and thus help to bring about a redeemed future: Gross ‘gave me the stars, I drew the constellation’ (Shapiro, 2011: i).

杨济余：我言说，故我在——教师独立宣言

新“坑儒”運動或新“文革”運動已經開始了，而且來勢洶洶，短期內將一發難收，這是早就意料中的事。收抬了記者、律師，現在來收拾教師，這不是什麼新玩意兒。高級黑不一定是壞事，這個荒誕時代的黑色幽默笑話真多：流浪漢講幾句話就晉陞為大師，大師講幾句話就貶謫為流浪漢。
42年前恢復高考時，我就讀的母校最近令人痛心地連續蒙羞：重慶師範大學涉外商貿學院去年開除了譚松老師，上周重慶師範大學又將唐雲老師趕下講台。兩位都是深受學生歡迎的我的同事和朋友，近一年來，已有中國十大傑出青年法學家、清華大學許章潤博導等十多位教師皆因不當言論披多大學陸續趕下講台，如果命定我是多米諾骨牌的下一個，我以此為榮。
“少無適俗韻”的我向來膽小而心高，也多次承諾為了妻子女兒的安寧，自己盡量不惹事非，我退休十年來長期應聘多所大學教席，這飯碗如果丟了，憑我那點微薄的退休工資很難養家糊口，不少好心的朋友和領導也勸我好自為之，說憑一己之力改變不了什麼。確實，就像偉大的曼德拉所說：“我不能改變世界，不能改變南非，不能改變我的政黨，基至不能改變我的家人，但我可以改變我自己。”
我這個小小的教書匠也改變不了中國，對抗不了罪惡，但我能夠既不當猶大，也不當“斯德哥爾摩綜合症”患者：愛上並幫助施罪者。每當我想起80歲的托爾斯泰伯爵那振聾發聵的傲文《我不能沉默》的名言：“我再也不能忍受了，我不能，……不能這樣生活。至少是我個人不能這樣生活。”我就只能冒著自砸飯碗的風險發聲。難道權勢者只想要知識分子因害怕槍聲而集體失聲？
我可以算中國大學上課最多的教師，並不只為養家糊口，我負擔著神交托的教育使命一一讓盡可能多的大學生得救。所以我不會輕易讓渡神聖的大學講台：大學者不講真課，就讓小猴子稱霸王了。
世無英雄，遂使陳果這種與黑暗混同的豎子成名。既然要把一些良知教授趕下講台，就要把另一部分稀泥巴教授糊上牆。清華大學、復旦大學、重慶師範大學等都將因為失格而被釘上歷史的恥辱柱。大學裡面最不缺的就是一知半解的殘廢教授和平庸腦癱的垃圾教授。掌控著所有媒體和所有高等學府的機構怎麼就恨鐵不成鋼，找不出一兩個勉強可以跟我輩平等對話的刀筆吏呢？
惱羞成怒者的文化自信在於動手就能戰勝動口，此小人而非君子之道。美國歡迎中國在他們那裡辦許多孔子學院，那才叫真正的文化自信—-一任你把孔子（編者注：實質是中共包裝的另類“孔子”，非真正的孔夫子）吹上天，也顛覆不了我美利堅的意識形態主旋律。其實，公共知識分子和死磕律師手無縛雞之力，除了顛覆自家飯碗以外，什麼都顛覆不了。就算危言聳聽，講幾句話不至於就惶惶乎大廈將傾。是神經過敏還真是危如累卵!
教師的天職就是用話語塑造靈魂並對學生負責，而非對任何組織、任何領導負責。算不算好老師，也只能由學生打分而不能由警察和腐敗官員打分。雖然身教重於言教，但學生領受到的言教遠遠多於身教。教師的獨立宣言應該是：我言說，故我在。禁言令從2500年前的希臘和中國幾乎同時肇始。蘇格拉底的對手在辯論中打了他一耳光，蘇格拉底笑道：“他說不過我，另無他法，只好打我。”
41年前，說不過北大才女林昭的警察，也只好用槍彈讓她永遠不再說話，但述說林昭英雄事跡的歷史話語此後絡繹不絕，而劊子手被永久咒詛的審判詞卻擲地有聲、字字泣血。
1970年遇羅克被以反革命罪槍斃時，“決不跪在地上，以顯出劊子手們的高大，好阻擋自由的風”(北島詩)。
張志新之所以被割斷喉管再槍斃，就是因為害怕她在刑場上喊話。手持屠刀者何以虛弱到如此害怕話語的力量？
天賦人權首先指涉話語權。言論自由的神學根據是上帝以言行事並授予亞當命名權(話語權)。人分有上帝的神性、靈性、言性，人作為上帝授權的物管者，命名者，言說者，才有資恪與神同在、對話，彼他揀選和差遣。世界其它宗教跟基督教在終極真理上的顯著區別之一就是不言，不聽，不敬聖言。英國哲學家穆勒《自由論》發現了言論自由定律：禁言導致錯謬，若被禁止的言論正確，人們只剩接受錯謬的機會;若被禁止的言論錯謬，正確言論則失去參照驗證的機會。穆勒有一句話最能揭示全書宗旨“如果整個人類，除一人之外，意見都一致，而只有那一個人持相反意見，人類也沒有理由不讓那個人說話。正如那個人一旦大權在握，也沒有理由不讓人類說話一樣。”
歷代專制當權者禁言都無一例外地都遭了報應：事與願違。
殺一儆百的本意是為消除一對百的影響力，結果反而擴大了一對百的影響力。何況一的候選人遠不止一。當每個人都前赴後繼爭當一的時候，殺一儆百的事就子虛烏有了。人類第一個以言獲罪的殉道者蘇格拉底用生命證明了兩條鐵律：被禁言者死後的影響力遠遠大於生前;其後繼者不計其數。
大學捨得花五毛錢（聽說現在漲價了）收買個別學生當告密者，的確剌激了為半斗米折腰的學生積極性，但卻助長了學生重利輕義的惡習，喪失了社會公德底線，嚴重傷害了師生感情，斯文掃地摧毀了師道尊嚴，萬惡的攝像頭加告密行為制度化，使教師人人自危、誠惶誠恐，貽害無窮，教師首次變成了高危職業。
話又說回來，一兩個告密者不過讓唐雲老師降低兩級工資和一半績效收入，卻提升了他的風險意識和精神境界，他以極小的代價換來了數百張學生深情慰問的明信片，而且唐雲創作的重慶師範大學校歌不脛而走，迅速成為網紅，他的書法作品因知名度雀躍而賣價飆升。“塞翁失馬焉知非福”？唯一受損的是學生們再也不能聆聽他精彩紛呈的當代文學課了。熱愛老師的學生和告密的學生都是受害者，所以我奉勸自己的學生們不要一味譴責和孤立告密者，還要以同情關愛使其悔過自新，不要把他們推下自毀的深淵。
有沒有想過，為何專拿大學教授開刀而對中小學教師網開一面？而且越有思想越有文化影響的教授遭迫害的可能性越大？如果教授們確有不當言論（姑且不論什麼叫不當），何不雇傭槍手對他口誅筆伐？或者開展平等對話的“百家爭嗚”？他們深知，重量級選手跟輕量級選手較量的信息落差太大。況且，靈性良知教授跟那些天天吃“腦白金”依然冥頑不靈的五毛辯論，真可惜了寶貴的時間。
對那些無關痛癢的小事，我信奉“沉默是金”；但面對思想逼迫，我信奉“沉默是狗屁”。
本文以托爾斯泰1908年撰文《我不能沉默》的結尾作為結束語：“從高級到低級的參與傷害的人們，你們都想想你們是誰，停止你們所做的事吧。停止吧，——這不是為自己，不失為個人，不是為人們，不是為了人們不再責備你們，而是為自己的靈魂，為不管你們怎樣摧殘都活在你們心中的上帝，我不能沉默！”
