常常聽到有人說我們的時代是被超量信息湮沒的時代

常常聽到有人說這篇文章或視頻信息量很大又有邏輯

簡單講有乾貨

乾貨表示水分少

水分少表示沒有灌水

或已經曬乾

我說的是豬肉

怎麼處理大量信息

首先你要點起紙菸

你要決定這個信息

和你有沒有關係

通常沒有關係

這是為什麼我六十年在台灣

總共只看了三天報紙的原因

第一次是1973-1-22夜車赴台北

邊吃便當邊看了一份自立晚報

第二次是1981-8-13擺渡雲林崙背

邊吃便當邊看了一份青年戰士報

第三次是2018-2-3替狗換尿墊

邊吃便當邊看了一份自由時報

請注意

信息極簡和吃便當

有一種歷史的偶然性

錦州現場心理研究中心的合作方包括瑞士伯爾尼大學等7所國外大學，和中國內地的北京大學法學院、北京理工大學、中國人民公安大學、中國刑事警察學院、中國醫科大學等等。

2006年9月17日，王立軍代表「錦州市公安局現場心理研究中心」在北京領取了其「車輛爆炸現場重建研究」和「藥物注射後器官受體移植研究」兩個研究項目的資助者——中國共青團中央直屬單位中國光華科技基金會頒發的「光華創新特別貢獻獎」。

王立軍在頒獎會上慷慨自述其進行死刑犯器官摘取、處理、移植研究的體會，並表達了對資助方光華基金會的感謝：

“	大家知道，我們所從事的現場，我們的科技成果是幾千個現場集約的結晶，是我們多少人的努力。這些姑且不說，就是這次基金會的考察，他們的這種精神是令我感動的，因為對於從警多年的民警，當一個人走向刑場，在瞬間幾分鐘轉換的時候，將一個人的生命在其他幾個人身上延伸的時候，都會為之震撼，這是一項偉大的事業，這裡面有更多人艱苦的勞動，光華科技基金會晉陽秘書長，他們親臨一線，就在我們的現場，技術解剖的現場，器官受體移植的現場。	”

Full democracies: Countries in which not only basic political freedoms and civil liberties are respected, but which also tend to be underpinned by a political culture conducive to the flourishing of
democracy. The functioning of government is satisfactory. Media are independent and diverse. There is an effective system of checks and balances. The judiciary is independent and judicial decisions are enforced. There are only limited problems in the functioning of democracies. (8-10)

Flawed democracies: These countries also have free and fair elections and, even if there are problems (such as infringements on media freedom), basic civil liberties are respected. However,
there are significant weaknesses in other aspects of democracy, including problems in governance, an underdeveloped political culture and low levels of political participation. (6-7.99)

Hybrid regimes: Elections have substantial irregularities that often prevent them from being both free and fair. Government pressure on opposition parties and candidates may be common. Serious
weaknesses are more prevalent than in flawed democracies—in political culture, functioning of government and political participation. Corruption tends to be widespread and the rule of law is weak. Civil society is weak. Typically, there is harassment of and pressure on journalists, and the judiciary is not independent. (4-5.99)

Authoritarian regimes: In these states, state political pluralism is absent or heavily circumscribed. Many countries in this category are outright dictatorships. Some formal institutions of democracy may exist, but these have little substance. Elections, if they do occur, are not free and fair. There is disregard for abuses and infringements of civil liberties. Media are typically state-owned or controlled by groups connected to the ruling regime. There is repression of criticism of the government and pervasive
censorship. There is no independent judiciary. (0-3.99)
