失眠有可能是難入睡 (dfa) (difficulty falling asleep) 或淺眠 睡眠中斷 (broken sleep) 或早醒 (ema) (early morning awakening) 或最慘的徹夜難眠 (sleepless)

無法入睡時 常常心思不寧 (rumination) (未必胡思亂想) 起因通常是官司 債務 思念 難決

有一常用詞 捨不得睡 比如說白天工作筋疲力竭 回家小孩家事一堆 好不容易半夜那幾小時才屬於自己  (這種失眠 卡夫卡知道 尤其他辭職之前)

我的看法是失眠可分

(1) 青春期的失眠 (要注意情緒同儕壓力甚至霸凌) (2) 大學生的失眠 (這是正常大學唯一必修) (3) 成年初期的失眠 (常常與工作被操班表日夜胡亂被調動有關) (4) 中年的失眠 (常見中年男性攝護腺肥大夜尿導致睡眠中斷)

(1) 頹唐的失眠 (這是人生的坎) (2) 必要的失眠 (因為創作只能發生在黑夜)

(1) 傷到自己 (self) 的失眠 (2) 沒有傷到自己的失眠 (前者表示自己已經失去重心失眠只是表徵之一後者表示黑夜很重要那幾小時後可以見到晨曦比如說佛陀當年在菩提樹下的失眠當年他見到的那顆星星現仍可見)

關於文化研究的數點說明 (Critical Psychotherapy)

桃園沒有文化研究 雖然有機有餘 台北沒有文化研究 因為有機已完全轉化無稽 近日南行新竹 不得不遇文化研究 目前感受 有機不足 有點像座落新竹的巴黎左岸咖啡 明顯種錯了地方 意思是說 最好的文化研究的發生的地點 是新宿鬧街的蜿蜒小巷裡的小酒吧 但我望眼看去 沒有一個新竹人喝醉過 我先前說過 九年前我初到桃園 第一印象就是 每個人都喝得大醉 

習近平和王岐山 汲汲營營的那些年 有一次深夜數完鈔票後 聊起蘇聯倒店 遂有諾大蘇共無一男兒之愾 這件事說明男兒兩字 需被跨文化研究 以我觀察 諾大中國 無男亦無女 這件事很嚴重

文化研究必須來自某個 見到江西遍地棺材 發願的瞬間 所以其方法學應是短篇小說 當然如果你構想得夠偉大 你可以試試看長篇小說 不過我的理解是 我們的人生只剩瑣碎 已經無法寫長篇小說了 

文化研究者除了能列舉至少兩百個已經死去多年的歐洲人名 應該有明確的在地生活歷練 所以最好的文化研究者就是豬哥亮 這件事說明 我們實在太懷念他老人家了 

我相信 鬼神是很好的文化研究題材 失眠也是 大陸的搶手題目則是政治正確的人奶宴和洗錢術 和習近平的心理動力分析 

文化研究者須具備奇特的感受力 所以仰首萬里無雲的秋日 會看到共匪飽和攻擊的導彈來襲 在那最後瞬間 點起一支紙菸

時間的軸向 是有趣的文化研究的關鍵 意思是說 解構的歷史學訓練 對文化研究者對時間的想像 是必要的

有人說 當年日本殖民台灣時 把蘭嶼當成人類學的寶貴的後花園 我沒有去過那個南海諸島 我剛剛說過 我是把新宿小酒館當成寶貴的日本文明的後花園的 後花園很重要 意思是說

Third Space

The Third Space acts as an ambiguous area that develops when two or more individuals/cultures interact (compare this to urbanist Edward W. Soja's conceptualization of thirdspace). The Psychoanalysis of the Absurd offers an interdisciplinary study of Existentialism and Phenomenology and their importance to the clinical work of Contemporary Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. The book begins with narrative accounts of the historical development of Psychoanalysis, Existentialism and Phenomenology in 20th century Europe. Accompanied by composite case illustrations, Leffert then explores his own development of the Psychoanalysis of the Absurd, drawing on the work of Camus, Heidegger and Sartre. Absurdity is first discussed in relation to the Bio-Psycho-Social Self and Dasein is posited as a bridge concept, with personal meaning as the antithesis to Absurdity, before being discussed in relation to the world and how it impinges on self. A final chapter attempts to tie together particular issues raised by the book: Subjective well-being, Meaning, thrownness, Absurdity, Death and Death Anxiety and how we have become technologically enhanced human beings.

The concept is related to, but distinct from, Marx's theories of alienation and commodity fetishism.^[1] Alienation is the general condition of human estrangement; reification is a specific form of alienation; commodity fetishism is a specific form of reification.

The concept of reification rose to prominence chiefly through the work of Georg Lukács (1923), in his essay "Reification and the Consciousness of the Proletariat," as part of his book History and Class Consciousness; this is the locus classicus for defining the term in its current sense. Here, Lukács treats it as a problem of capitalist society related to the prevalence of the commodity form, through a close reading of Marx's chapter on commodity fetishism in Capital. Lukács's account was influential for the philosophers of the Frankfurt School, for example in Horkheimer's and Adorno's Dialectic of Enlightenment, and in the works of Herbert Marcuse.
